1. Storage Capacity and Account Limits

1.1 Data Allotments by Tier
Upon purchasing a NotForgotten Account, the User is allotted a specific, non-refundable data storage capacity based on their selected tier (e.g., 500 MB for Basic, 5 GB for Standard, 25 GB for Premium).

1.2 Calculation of Storage
Storage limits apply aggregately to all digital assets uploaded by the User, including but not limited to: high-definition (1080p) video files, audio recordings, text data, and image attachments.

1.3 Overages and Limits
Once the User reaches 100% of their allotted storage capacity, they will be unable to upload further video or audio files unless they upgrade to a higher tier. Text-based letters and metadata are exempt from hard caps and are virtually unlimited, subject to fair-use policies. We reserve the right to compress or optimize video files exceeding standard 1080p resolution to preserve server integrity.

2. Maximum Future Delivery Timelines

2.1 The Tiered Delivery Guarantee
NotForgotten provides a platform designed to securely hold and deliver digital capsules to designated Recipients. We guarantee the secure retention and automated delivery attempts of your data for a maximum period based on your purchased tier:

2.2 Maximum Release Date
Users may not schedule a Date-Based capsule or an Event-Based milestone that is expected to occur further in the future than their tier's maximum limit. Any scheduled release dates exceeding the allotted threshold will automatically default to releasing exactly at the expiration date of their tier (e.g., exactly 30 years from the date of the capsule's creation for a Premium user).

2.3 End of Service Life
Upon the expiration of the tier-specific term for any specific capsule, the data contained within will be securely transmitted to the assigned Recipient(s) or the designated Executor. Following successful delivery—or in the event that all provided contact methods for the Recipients fail after a 90-day grace period—the data will be permanently and securely deleted from NotForgotten servers.

2.4 Company Solvency and Force Majeure
While NotForgotten structures its financial and infrastructural models to ensure extreme longevity, the User acknowledges that catastrophic events, changes in global digital infrastructure, or unforeseen corporate insolvency may impact this 20-to-30-year guarantee. In the event of company dissolution, NotForgotten commits to an "End of Life Protocol" which will attempt to immediately release all locked capsules to their intended recipients ahead of schedule.

3. Account Activity and Executors

3.1 Executor Responsibilities
For Event-Based milestones (e.g., "Wedding Day"), NotForgotten relies entirely on the User's appointed Executor(s) to verify the event and trigger the release. If a user's maximum tier horizon passes (e.g., 30 years) and the Executor has not triggered the release, the capsule will automatically unlock and be sent to the Recipient to prevent data loss.

3.2 Prohibited Content
Users agree not to utilize the storage vault for illegal materials, copyrighted content they do not own, or malware. NotForgotten employs automated, privacy-respecting hash-checks to prevent the upload of malicious software. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of the account and deletion of the vault without a refund.
